• →Professional Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth environments, with a proven track record of delivering deeply technical platform products, infrastructure, or middleware at scale.
• →Automotive & Mobility Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the vehicle architecture ecosystem, including telemetry, automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), and diagnostic standards (UDS, SOVD).
• →Systems Thinking & Scale: Experience managing backend or platform products that bridge embedded edge environments and distributed cloud infrastructure. You design with the entire ecosystem in mind, ensuring that changes to the core platform account for, support, and align with upstream OEM workflows, downstream applications, and broader data dependencies.
• →Strategic Autonomy: You are a principled, self-directed leader with a history of making high-stakes technical decisions independently. You excel at navigating ambiguity and establishing clear technical directions in a fast-paced environment.
• →Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex architectural constraints and infrastructure concepts into strategic business value for executive stakeholders and OEM partners.

• Automotive Cybersecurity & Safety Standards: Familiarity with functional safety (ISO 26262), automotive cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
• Engineering Roots: A background in Embedded Software, Cloud Systems Architecture, or Systems Engineering is highly desirable.
• Enterprise Integration: Experience building developer-facing tools, SDKs, or highly flexible APIs used by third-party enterprise engineering groups.
