Post Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to join our Post-Production team and coordinate workflows across multiple projects, ensuring agreed milestones and deliverables are completed on time and to a consistently high standard.

This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of the post-production process. You will work across post-production, production and other internal teams, as well as with clients and external vendors, helping ensure projects remain organised, appropriately resourced and on track.

You will take ownership of project coordination from preparation and scheduling through to tracking, quality assurance and final delivery.

To succeed in the role, you will need to be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to identify and escalate potential issues before they affect delivery.

• Set up project documentation, tasks and workflows in line with company and departmental best practices.
• Coordinate effectively between post-production colleagues and other departments.
• Ensure key stakeholders and external vendors receive accurate project information.
• Identify potential workload or project traffic issues and propose solutions.
• Identify when additional resources may be required to meet project demands.
• Respond to issues promptly and escalate to senior colleagues when appropriate.
• Prepare and manage workflows across your assigned projects.

• Schedule and book resources using departmental tools.
• Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Take ownership of deliverables and support the timely delivery of final files to clients.
• Adapt effectively to changing priorities, schedules and deadlines.
• Apply effective project management practices throughout assigned projects.
• Maintain clear communication between post-production and other departments.
• Liaise with clients and production teams on best practices for post-production deliverables.
• Work on-site as required by the role and agreed working arrangement.

• Track project progress against deadlines, milestones and deliverables.
• Help ensure Technical QA standards are achieved across post-production projects.
• Monitor project scope and proactively flag projects that may exceed what has been agreed.
• Ensure completed projects are archived in accordance with departmental protocols.

• Work with senior colleagues to streamline workflows and promote best practices across the post-production pipeline.
• Provide constructive feedback that supports the development of the post-production team.
• Help evaluate and implement new tools, technologies and processes that improve post-production services.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
• Work collaboratively while also being prepared to take initiative and lead when appropriate.

• A solid understanding of post-production workflows, including working with dialogue and video assets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Adobe Audition and iZotope RX.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel and Word.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and project management software to track project progress and resources.
• An understanding of scheduling, resource allocation and QA best practices within post-production.
• A strong interest in audio technology and enthusiasm for video games and interactive media.

You must be fluent in:

• Mandarin - speaking, reading and writing
• English - speaking, reading and writing

This position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

The role will be on-site for the first three months. Following successful completion of probation, the ongoing working arrangement will be determined by the team.
