【ポジション概要】

Sony Interactive Entertainment(SIE)のTreasuryは目まぐるしく変化するPlayStationビジネスに対し、財務の観点から成長を後押しするチームです。
日本/アジア・アメリカ・ヨーロッパと地域を超えてチームが構成されており、本ポジションは主に日本/アジアの財務業務を担当頂くポジションとなります。
※業務全体の効率性や個人の専門性、成長の機会等を総合的に鑑みて、地域の垣根を越えてのアサイメントもございます。

経理や税務などその他Financeチームと同じ部署となりますので、将来のキャリアを見据えて財務業務以外にもチャレンジできる環境が整っています。

【主な業務内容】

1. 財務領域の会計処理:月次・四半期決算対応、預金及び有価証券関連の仕訳投入、監査対応 (SIE Inc単体を担当)
2. 資金繰り管理:短期・中期・長期の資金見込やキャッシュフロー予測策定、実績との予実績分析、借入枠の管理
3. 為替エクスポージャー管理:通貨別為替リスクの算出、為替ヘッジの実行、為替差損益分析、IFRS18への対応
4. ガバナンス・コンプライアンス:財務ポリシーの管理、法令対応、銀行ID管理
5. 財務窓口:ソニーグループ本社との連携、金融機関の窓口対応

上記以外にも組織横断のプロジェクトや他地域の業務サポート等、多岐に渡るアサイメントの可能性があります。

▪️応募資格

【必須】

• 財務関連業務の実務経験3年以上
• 月次・四半期決算対応の経験
• 基本的な会計知識、財務分析スキル
• ビジネスにおける英語使用経験 (TOEIC 700点以上)

【歓迎】

• グローバル企業での財務経験
• TOEIC 800点以上の英語レベル
