Sieve is a multi-modal lab curating the world’s highest-quality training datasets, spanning video, audio, images, text, and 3D. We combine exabyte-scale data infrastructure and novel multimodal understanding techniques that push the frontier of foundation models. Video alone makes up 80% of internet traffic, and across modalities, data has become the enabling medium powering creativity, communication, gaming, AR/VR, and robotics. Sieve exists to solve the biggest bottleneck in the growth of these applications: high-quality training data.
We partner with top AI labs and did $XXM last quarter alone, as a team of ~40 people. We also raised our Series A from Tier 1 firms such as Matrix Partners, Swift Ventures, Y Combinator, and AI Grant.
Sieve is scaling the team quickly to keep up with demand from the world’s leading AI labs. Every hire we make shapes the company. You’ll join early, own the systems that make hiring and in-office life run smoothly, and see your work directly affect who joins Sieve and how they experience it.
About the Role
~1 min readAs our Recruiting Coordinator & Office Manager, you’ll run the operational engine behind hiring and keep our San Francisco office running well. Work closely with our Talent Team and Events & Community to give stellar experiences to our candidates and current team members! You’ll own interview logistics, ATS hygiene, and the candidate experience from first touch to first day. You’ll also make sure the office is a place where the team can do their best work.
You’re highly organized, have strong communication skills, and you care about how people feel when they interact with Sieve, whether that’s a candidate or a teammate. You bring structure to busy, shifting calendars, you catch details before they become problems, and you’re happy to do hands-on work.
