Responsibilities

→Serving as the main point of contact for our client, communicating directly with the client to resolve issues professionally and quickly
→Addressing escalated needs as they arise during service
→Serving as the lead host during service
→Train and monitor performance of host team
→Printing and organizing daily menu signs + dish cards
→Audit host surveys and temperature logs
→Coordinate orders and deliveries with Receiver
→Printing/sharing Daily Host Numbers Sheet
→Maintaining printed and digital menus
→Maintaining the office
→Inputting order data into Sifted technology
→Assisting in station set up, setting teams up for success

Has had experience with catering and event servicing
Experience in supervising employees in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in catering or hospitality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
