Complete initial training and remain mission-ready to serve on ships, submarines, aircraft, and shore stations worldwide.

Support global missions such as maritime security, disaster relief, and humanitarian aid.

Continuously develop technical expertise and leadership skills through training and education.

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Age: 17–39 (with parental consent if under 18).

High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).

Meet physical, medical, and moral standards set by the Navy.

Achieve qualifying scores on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test.
