Significance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant, Change Management to join our team supporting our Navy customer in Alexandria, VA. This hybrid position requires an active Secret clearance. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering practical solutions that support the Navy’s mission.
 
The Senior Consultant, Change Manager will support organizational change management and strategic development for our NAVFAC account.  The consultant will develop guidance, plans, and policies that define and communicate improvements stemming from recent and ongoing agency reorganizations. This role also involves partnering with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data, maintain live data models that inform leadership decision-making and track organizational performance, and develop executive briefings that translate key insights and performance indicators for senior leadership.
 

4 - 6 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and/or change management.

  • Strong technical/professional writing skills, with demonstrated ability to independently research, structure written work products, and articulate findings and recommendations.
  • Experience developing reports, briefings, and plans in PowerPoint, including coordinating with stakeholders to gather information.
  • Experience analyzing data and building visualizations or models to highlight key insights within Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience supporting meeting facilitation and scheduling.
  • Strong project management skills, including tracking tasks against milestones, reporting progress and status, and independently researching topics to build subject-matter knowledge.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in teams, with strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, from high-level strategy to administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Based in the National Capital Region (NCR), or willing to relocate/support in-person engagements within six months.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Experience providing management support and guidance to DoD or Federal agencies around communications, operations, and processes. 
  • Experience facilitating one-on-one and/or small group meetings to gather information, build content, and gain feedback, consensus, and approval from stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., executing pivot tables) and software (Power BI)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint
  • Experience supporting reorganization efforts for a Federal agency
  • At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
     
    We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
