Ensure quality documentation and controlled procedures are maintained and updated, corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Coordinate internal and external audits including certification and customer audits.
Oversee quality standards for incoming, in‑process, and finished goods while approving quality reports and deviations,
leading root‑cause investigations with corrective actions, and monitoring quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee audit plans, review findings for timely actions, and use results to drive improvement.
Manage customer complaints, oversee investigations, and provide professional communication with customers.
Evaluate supplier quality, support supplier audits, and collaborate with purchasing to establish and implement supplier quality requirements.
Lead and develop QA/QC teams to ensure strong performance while planning and coordinating training on product quality and quality systems.
Promote quality awareness and a proactive mindset across the organization while applying structured problem‑solving tools
(5Why, 8D, Fishbone, etc.) to reduce defects and improve processes.
Manage QA resources and budget, ensure safety and good housekeeping in QA operations, and actively participate in
cross‑functional meetings and plant‑wide initiatives.
Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior to support effective organizational objective
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in 7–10 years of QA/QC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in root cause analysis (5Why, 8D, Fishbone)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others
Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and related quality standards.
Internal Auditor certification preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of supplier quality and customer communication.
