Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL A Driver/Laborer—to join our growing field operations team. This hybrid role requires a confident professional who can safely operate heavy trucks and participate in manual labor. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and experienced with operating 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes.

Responsibilities

→Safely operate 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes.
→Haul heavy equipment using trailers; secure and transport earth-moving machinery.
→Assist in site preparation and pipe laying activities as needed.
→Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks.
→Step in with manual labor (e.g., shoveling, grading) to support crew operations.
→Follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a clean and organized work site.

Proven experience driving 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks.
Experience hauling and loading/unloading equipment trailers.
Site work, plumbing, or pipe laying experience is a strong plus.
