Pay: Competitive pay and compensation structure based off of experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm; occasional weekends for emergency jobs

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL A Driver/Laborer—to join our growing field operations team. This hybrid role requires a confident professional who can safely operate heavy trucks and participate in manual labor. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and experienced with operating 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes.

• →Safely operate 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes.
• →Haul heavy equipment using trailers; secure and transport earth-moving machinery.
• →Assist in site preparation and pipe laying activities as needed.
• →Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks.
• →Step in with manual labor (e.g., shoveling, grading) to support crew operations.
• →Follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a clean and organized work site.
