Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on service needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Allied Experts’ services and solutions
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company databases
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend services is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required
