• →Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
• →Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments
• →Create and update customer records
• →Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
• →Provide friendly, professional customer service
• →Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• ServiceTitan experience
• Call center or dispatch experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience
