→Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls.
→Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages
→Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutions
→Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution.
→Obtain agreement for services before performing work
→Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.
→Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.
→Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels
→Be able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trap
→Operate equipment in a safe manner
→Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
→Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers
→Participation in required staff meetings and training

2 or more years of sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experience
Experience operating a sewer camera
Service Titan experience a plus!
Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping
Repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment would be a plus
Personable and professional
High integrity and strong communication skills
