• →Assist Lead HVAC Technicians with residential service, maintenance, and equipment installations.
• →Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems.
• →Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.
• →Safely use tools, equipment, and materials while following company safety standards.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle.
• →Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Sullivan Super Service professionally in customers' homes.
• →Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship.

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and coachable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification is a plus but not required.
