• →Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
• →Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor comfort systems
• →Load materials, prepare job sites, and keep projects organized
• →Safely operate hand and power tools
• →Learn installation best practices, equipment startup, and system testing
• →Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• →Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes
• →Continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on training every day

• Previous HVAC installation or service experience preferred
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, or another mechanical trade is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to and from our Geneva office each day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions

• Competitive pay of $32,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience
