Experienced HVAC installers deserve a compensation plan that recognizes both their time and their productivity. At Guy Smith Home Services, our Lead HVAC Installers are paid using both an hourly and piece-rate calculation—and receive whichever amount is higher.

That means you have the stability of hourly pay while still benefiting financially when your experience, leadership, and efficiency allow your team to complete high-quality installations successfully.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes ownership of each project, solves challenges in the field, and sets the workmanship standard for the team.
