HVAC Service Technician

• →Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• →Communicate clearly with customers
• →Inform and educate customers on their repair and replacement options so they can make the best decision for their home
• →Complete jobs cleanly and correctly the first time
• →Keep good notes and stay organized

• Full-time position
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• On-call rotation (weekends only)
• On-call hours end at 9:00 PM

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician (not a helper or installer role)
• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
• Takes pride in quality work and doing the job right
• Values and respects our loyal, dedicated customer base
• Reliable, team-oriented, and shows up ready to work
• EPA Certification (Required)
• NATE Certification (Preferred)

• Install experience
• Light commercial experience
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan
