HVAC Service Technician

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping homeowners solve their comfort issues.

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• →Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment
• →Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• →Present solutions that best meet customer needs
• →Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• →Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• →Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
• →Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
• →Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• NATE Certification is a plus
