HVAC Service Technician

📍 Location: Northfield, OH
💰 Pay: $22–$30 per hour

• →Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• →Troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and basic electrical systems
• →Accurately diagnose equipment before recommending repairs or replacement
• →Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• →Explain repair options to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• →Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• →Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• →Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• →Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers
• Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally

• NATE Certification
• Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems
• Experience using MeasureQuick or similar diagnostic software
• ServiceTitan experience
• Boiler service experience
