Lead HVAC Installer

• →Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• →Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers
• →Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
• →Mentor and assist apprentice and junior installers on the job
• →Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• →Complete start-up, testing, and system verification
• →Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• →Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Installer preferred
• Strong experience installing:
  • Furnaces
  • Air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Mini-split systems
  • Boilers
• Ability to read installation specifications and troubleshoot installation challenges
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• EPA Certification preferred
