As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll diagnose and repair plumbing systems, help homeowners understand their options, and have the support and resources needed to deliver quality service without cutting corners. Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.

Service and install water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, disposals, sump pumps, ejector pumps, and related equipment.

Repair water lines, drain lines, leaks, valves, and other plumbing components.
- →
Perform plumbing inspections and identify code, safety, or performance concerns.
- →
Explain diagnosed problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.
- →
Obtain customer approval before completing work and collect payment when appropriate.
- →
Complete accurate service notes, estimates, photos, and follow-up documentation.
- →
Communicate parts, scheduling, and return-trip needs promptly to the office.

Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
- →
Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, materials, and truck inventory.
- →
Participate in required meetings, technical training, and professional development.

Previous residential plumbing service and repair experience.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, materials, and applicable codes.

Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to explain technical findings and available solutions clearly to homeowners.

Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.

Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience preferred.

Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to perform physical work in basements, crawl spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor conditions.
