• →Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• →Perform service, maintenance, and plumbing installations
• →Troubleshoot leaks, water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and water lines
• →Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• →Maintain accurate job notes and invoices using ServiceTitan
• →Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• →Follow all plumbing codes and safety standards

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (or actively working toward licensure)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, sewer repairs, and general plumbing service
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
