We’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. This opportunity is ideal for a confident professional who can diagnose plumbing problems, clearly explain available solutions, and take ownership of the customer experience from the initial assessment through completed work.

  Complete residential plumbing, drain-cleaning, and related service calls.

• →

  Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems.

• →

  Repair pipes, tanks, valves, fixtures, water lines, and drain lines.

  Install piping, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and related plumbing equipment.

• →

  Test plumbing systems for leaks, performance issues, and safety concerns.

• →

  Clearly explain diagnosed problems and present homeowners with appropriate service options.

• →

  Help customers understand available financing options and maintenance plans.

• →

  Build trust through professional communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship.

• →

  Obtain customer approval before beginning work and collect payment when appropriate.

• →

  Complete invoices, timecards, customer feedback, option sheets, and service documentation accurately and on time.

  Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and a properly stocked company vehicle.

  Train and mentor apprentices to support accurate and efficient repairs and installations.

• →

  Participate in training, morning meetings, company events, and professional development activities.

• At least three years of residential plumbing service experience.

• Strong ability to diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to explain technical findings and service options clearly to homeowners.

• Confidence recommending appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs.

• Motivation to drive your own income through uncapped commission.

• Strong organization, time-management, and documentation skills.

• Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality workmanship.

• Desire to continue learning and growing within the plumbing profession.

• Master or Journeyman Plumber license preferred.

• Backflow certification preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
