• →Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• →Service and install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, sump pumps, ejector pumps, and related equipment.
• →Repair water lines, drain lines, leaks, valves, and other plumbing components.
• →Perform plumbing inspections and identify code, safety, and performance concerns.
• →Explain diagnosed problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.
• →Obtain customer approval before completing work and collect payment when appropriate.
• →Maintain accurate service notes, estimates, photos, and follow-up information.
• →Communicate parts, scheduling, and return-trip needs promptly to the office.
• →Maintain an organized vehicle, tools, materials, and assigned inventory.
• →Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
• →Participate in required meetings, technical training, and professional development.

• Previous residential plumbing service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, materials, and applicable codes.
• Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical findings and available options clearly to homeowners.
• Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.
• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical work in basements, crawl spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor conditions.
