Warehouse Parts Runner

Great field service depends on more than skilled technicians. It takes an organized warehouse, accurate inventory, and dependable team members who make sure the right parts and equipment reach the right job at the right time.

At JSP Home Services, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Runner to support our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams. You’ll help receive and organize materials, prepare equipment for upcoming jobs, deliver parts to technicians in the field, and keep the warehouse and company vehicles operating efficiently.

  Deliver parts, tools, equipment, and materials to technicians and installation crews.

  Pick up materials from suppliers and transport them safely to the warehouse or jobsite.

  Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming inventory.

  Pull and stage equipment and materials for scheduled service and installation jobs.

• →

  Help load and unload company vehicles and supplier deliveries.

  Maintain accurate inventory counts and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items.

  Keep the warehouse, loading areas, and storage spaces clean and organized.

  Assist with restocking service and installation vehicles.

• →

  Verify that job materials are complete and ready before crews leave for the field.

  Maintain delivery records, receipts, and inventory documentation.

  Communicate urgent material needs and delivery updates to warehouse and operations leaders.

  Operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment safely.

  Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

  Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.

• Previous warehouse, delivery, inventory, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or material-handling experience preferred.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities.

• Professional communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer and mobile-device proficiency.

• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and move equipment and materials.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and driving throughout the local service area.

• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
