Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support clients throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns.
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking clients or teams.
