→Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 pounds, such as boxes of supplies, etc.
→Must be able to stand for 90% or more of a scheduled shift
→Requires frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling as part of daily duties
→Role involves repetitive hand and arm movements
→Ability to safely handle hot liquids, steam, and equipment throughout the shift.
→Manual hand dexterity for operating small tools, POS systems, and drink assembly.
→Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that may involve noise, heat, and close proximity to others.
→Occasional pushing or pulling of carts, containers, or equipment.
