Contribute to the efficient, timely completion of routine and special projects such as Lender Approval Requirements, Internet Sales Reporting Requirements and Tenant Entity/Guarantor Requirements by conducting document review and research and evaluating language.

Assist in the negotiation of various lease and lease – related documents, under the supervision of staff attorneys.

Assist in the preparation of routine reports for internal use.
→
Prepare legal correspondence, under the supervision of staff attorneys.

Heavy exposure to commercial document negotiation and drafting.
An opportunity to develop drafting, negotiation and professional communication skills.
An opportunity to observe the practical application within a real-world corporate setting of several fundamental areas of the law including, but not limited to, Contract; Real Property; Agency; Corporations; Finance and Environmental matters.
