Responsibilities

→Design and build custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.
→Develop catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
→Contribute to multi-module projects (CSM, HRSD, FSM, AppEngine, ITOM, SecOps, IRM).
→Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs.
→Work in Agile squads, demo features, and continuously improve delivery.
