Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lectures in Computer Science and related subjects Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and evaluation methods Conduct internal assessments, exams, and grading as per university guidelines Guide students in academic projects, research work, and career development Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance reports Participate in curriculum development and academic planning Support institutional activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences Ensure adherence to Anna University norms and academic standards Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications Mandatory Qualification: M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology Candidates with B.E / MCA / M.Sc alone are not eligible Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage Required Skills Strong understanding of core Computer Science subjects Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.) Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, etc. Good communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor and guide students effectively Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills Documentation Requirements Degree Certificate (M.E / M.Tech) Aadhaar Card PAN Card (Mandatory as per Anna University norms) Additional Requirements Immediate joiners preferred Local candidates from Trichy or nearby locations will be given priority Commitment towards academic excellence and student development
