Diesel / Petrol Mechanic

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Diesel / Petrol Mechanic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong hands-on experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance. Candidates with Gulf experience and previous team leader responsibilities are highly preferred. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in diesel and petrol vehicles and equipment. Perform engine repairs, troubleshooting, servicing, and routine maintenance. Conduct preventive maintenance, including scheduled oil and filter changes. Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicle transmission systems. Diagnose and repair exhaust-system faults and related vehicle issues. Perform general vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation. Coordinate maintenance activities and guide junior mechanics where team leadership is required. Support spare-parts identification, procurement, and purchase requirements. Required Skills Vehicle Diagnostics — Ability to systematically identify mechanical and electrical faults. Diesel & Petrol Engine Repair — Hands-on capability in engine inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Preventive Maintenance — Experience carrying out scheduled servicing, oil changes, filter replacement, and inspections. Transmission & Exhaust Systems — Practical experience maintaining and repairing transmission and exhaust components. Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting — Ability to diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair actions. Preferred Skills Previous Gulf-region vehicle/equipment maintenance experience. Maintenance team leadership and coordination experience. Spare-parts procurement and junior mechanic training experience. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance, including repair and diagnostics. Experience should cover engines, preventive maintenance, transmissions, exhaust systems, and general vehicle maintenance. Previous Gulf and team leader experience is highly preferred.
