E & I Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of E & I Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at oil and gas facilities. Coordinate daily E&I activities and allocate work to technicians according to project and maintenance priorities. Review electrical drawings, instrumentation diagrams, specifications, and related technical documentation before execution. Monitor installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, instruments, control systems, cabling, panels, and field devices. Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults and coordinate corrective maintenance activities. Ensure all E&I activities comply with approved procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and site HSE standards. Inspect completed work and support testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance, and handover activities. Coordinate with engineering, mechanical, operations, safety, and other site teams to complete E&I activities safely and efficiently. Required Skills Electrical Supervision — Ability to supervise field electrical installation and maintenance activities. Instrumentation — Knowledge of field instruments, control equipment, calibration, and instrumentation systems. E&I Troubleshooting — Ability to identify and coordinate rectification of electrical and instrumentation faults. Technical Drawings — Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation documentation. HSE & Permit-to-Work Compliance — Understanding of safe work practices applicable to oil and gas E&I activities. Preferred Skills Oil & gas plant or project experience. Testing and commissioning exposure. Familiarity with hazardous-area E&I practices. Work Experience Requirements The posting does not specify an experience requirement. Typical requirement: E&I Supervisor positions in oil and gas commonly require prior hands-on electrical/instrumentation experience followed by supervisory or lead-level field experience. Education Minimum: Typical — Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline. Preferred: Typical — B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
