Electronics and Control Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Electronics and Control Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Our client, Mascot International & Co., is seeking skilled, motivated professionals with strong knowledge of electronics, industrial control systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation, operation, inspection, and maintenance of electronic and industrial control systems. Monitor control panels, PLC-based equipment, sensors, instrumentation, and associated electrical systems. Diagnose electronic and control-system faults and coordinate timely corrective maintenance. Supervise technicians performing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Review equipment performance and identify recurring faults requiring corrective action. Ensure control equipment is maintained according to applicable technical and safety procedures. Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, fault histories, and equipment documentation. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, operations, and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime. Required Skills Industrial Electronics: Ability to understand, inspect, and troubleshoot electronic equipment used in industrial environments. Control Systems: Working knowledge of industrial automation and equipment-control principles. PLC Troubleshooting: Ability to identify PLC I/O, signal, communication, and control-related faults. Instrumentation: Knowledge of sensors, transmitters, actuators, control signals, and industrial measuring devices. Maintenance & Fault Diagnosis: Ability to systematically diagnose equipment failures and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance. Preferred Skills Ability to interpret electrical and control schematics. Familiarity with industrial automation systems and control panels.
