QA/QC Engineer – MEP

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QA/QC Engineer – MEP in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities Perform QA/QC inspections for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works across construction projects. Inspect MEP installations to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards. Review method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, and related MEP quality documentation. Coordinate inspections with project engineers, MEP teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Identify non-conforming MEP works and support corrective and preventive actions. Monitor installation quality for HVAC equipment, piping, plumbing systems, electrical services, and associated MEP components. Maintain inspection records, quality reports, checklists, test documentation, and project QA/QC records. Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final quality handover activities for MEP systems. Required Skills MEP QA/QC: Ability to inspect multidisciplinary MEP installations and verify workmanship and quality compliance. Mechanical & HVAC Systems: Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, testing, and associated mechanical installations. Electrical & Plumbing Inspection: Ability to evaluate electrical and plumbing installations against approved project requirements. Quality Documentation: Ability to work with ITPs, inspection requests, checklists, method statements, NCRs, and quality records. Construction Drawings & Specifications: Ability to interpret approved MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale building or construction projects. Familiarity with testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover processes. Knowledge of construction QA/QC procedures and relevant MEP standards. Work Experience Requirements The source does not specify an experience requirement.
