Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil construction activities. Conduct inspections of structural, concrete, finishing, and other civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and quality records. Coordinate inspection requests and quality approvals with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Identify non-conformities, issue or track NCRs, and verify corrective and preventive actions. Monitor construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved standards and project requirements. Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, material approvals, and testing records. Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous improvement of site quality practices. Required Skills Civil QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices for civil construction. Site Inspection: Ability to inspect structural and finishing activities against drawings and specifications. ITP & Method Statements: Ability to prepare, review, and implement inspection plans and construction methodologies. NCR Management: Experience identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective actions.
