Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Façade

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Façade in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Real Estate sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for façade, curtain wall, glazing, aluminium and cladding works. Inspect incoming façade materials and verify compliance with approved specifications, drawings and material submittals. Conduct inspections of façade installation activities according to approved ITPs, method statements and project quality requirements. Review shop drawings, technical specifications and approved samples before inspection and installation. Raise and manage NCRs, inspection observations and corrective/preventive actions for identified quality issues. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project teams for inspection requests and quality approvals. Monitor façade testing activities including water-tightness, air-tightness and other applicable performance testing. Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, material records, test reports, checklists and handover documentation. Required Skills Façade QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality inspection processes for building-envelope works. Curtain Wall & Glazing: Knowledge of curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium systems and façade installation. ITP / QCP: Ability to work with Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Control Plans and method statements. NCR & Corrective Actions: Experience identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective action through closure. Technical Documentation: Ability to review drawings, specifications, material submittals and inspection records. Preferred Skills Knowledge of façade performance and water-testing procedures. Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction quality practices and project environments. Experience coordinating façade inspections with consultants and subcontractors. Work Experience Requirements The requirement does not specify a minimum experience level. For a Senior QA/QC Engineer – Façade, a typical industry profile would include substantial QA/QC experience in façade, curtain wall, aluminium and glazing projects, ideally including high-rise or large-scale building projects.
