Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, workers, equipment, and site resources. Monitor construction progress and identify potential schedule or execution issues. Enforce site safety procedures and applicable health and safety requirements. Inspect completed work to ensure required quality and workmanship standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Maintain site records and provide regular progress and operational updates. Support resolution of technical and site-related issues to minimize project delays. Required Skills Construction Supervision — Ability to supervise field activities and maintain effective site execution.
