About the Role

Design, build, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.
Lead technical delivery on NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects, from requirements through go-live.
Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft).
Customize workflows, custom records, forms, saved searches, and dashboards to match business processes.
Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
Manage SuiteCloud (SDF) deployments, version control, and release processes across sandbox and production environments.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers on the team.
Troubleshoot performance issues, script governance limits, and data integrity problems across the platform.
Support core NetSuite modules — Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, CRM — as required by the business.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development: SuiteScript 2.x (SuiteScript 1.0 a plus), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SDF.
Strong core JavaScript fundamentals; comfortable working with asynchronous patterns and governance-constrained scripting.
Proven experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST/SOAP web services (JSON/XML).
Working knowledge of at least one core NetSuite module in depth — Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.
Experience working across the full NetSuite implementation lifecycle — requirements, build, testing, deployment, and support.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

NetSuite certifications — SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II, or NetSuite ERP Consultant.
Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments.
Familiarity with Celigo, Dell Boomi, or similar iPaaS integration platforms.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Prior experience across multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations, not just support/maintenance.
