Currently holding a Senior React Native Engineer, Lead React Native Engineer, or equivalent leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Expert-level knowledge of React Native, including advanced navigation, state management, and UI component design
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep understanding of advanced features and best practices
Extensive experience building cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS, with a focus on performance and compatibility
Advanced experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, WebSocket communication, and cloud integrations (AWS or GCP)
Strong testing skills — unit, integration, and end-to-end — using Jest, Detox, or similar frameworks
In-depth knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns
Experience with CI/CD, advanced Git strategies, and native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio)
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
Advanced knowledge of CSS, UI libraries, and responsive design
Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and able to integrate them into existing systems
