The Senior Test Consultant leads quality assurance strategy and execution across complex initiatives. The role operates as a QA authority, managing quality risk, influencing delivery practices, mentoring testers, and embedding quality at scale.

• →Lead quality assurance strategy and execution across complex initiatives, ensuring end-to-end test coverage and high confidence in solution stability and performance.
• →Exercise independent judgement in test planning, prioritisation, and risk management, balancing delivery pressures with quality outcomes.
• →Act as a QA subject matter expert, influencing testing approaches, mentoring testers, and uplifting overall QA capability and standards.
• →Partner with delivery leads and clients to shape QA strategy, resolve systemic quality issues, and embed quality-focused practices into delivery.
• →Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing QA tools, automation approaches, and delivery practices.
• →Provide clear reporting and assurance on quality, risk, and readiness to senior stakeholders.
