We are seeking a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable after-sales professional to manage customer service coordination, workshop communication, and warranty operations across our dealership operations in Anuradhapura, Yakkala, and Ehiliyagoda. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop while ensuring smooth service operations, accurate documentation, and professional after-sales support.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction standards and ensuring efficient coordination across service operations, technical teams, spare parts departments, and warranty processes for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles (EVs).

Responsibilities

  • Service Advising & Customer Coordination (50%): Manage customer service reception activities, vehicle check-ins, service bookings, and job card preparation. Coordinate with workshop teams to address customer concerns, provide diagnostics, repair updates, maintenance guidance, and repair estimates while professionally handling escalations and complaints.
  • Warranty Operations & Workshop Support (50%): Manage warranty claim documentation, approvals, and submissions in compliance with manufacturer and company standards. Coordinate with technical teams, spare parts departments, and Head Office operations to support repair tracking, service scheduling, and proper workshop documentation management.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service advising, warranty operations, or workshop coordination.
  • Strong understanding of workshop operations, vehicle service procedures, maintenance operations, and customer service processes.
  • Experience handling warranty claims, job cards, and documentation management.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers within a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil language skills are an added advantage.
  • Diploma or qualification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Operational exposure to passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and EV service operations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturer warranty procedures and handling customer escalations.
