Reporting directly to the Technical Lead, you will serve as a highly technical, hands-on contributor responsible for implementing high-quality features, building scalable systems, and maintaining our core platform. This role requires deep engineering knowledge, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Design, develop, and deploy clean, high-performance features across the stack using C# (.NET) and React/TypeScript.
- Implement event-driven and microservices architectures as defined by the Technical Lead.
- Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Write code that strictly adheres to established coding standards, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
- Ensure system quality through comprehensive unit testing (xUnit), integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing (Playwright).
- Conduct thorough code reviews for peers, providing constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
- Responsibly leverage AI development tools to boost personal productivity while maintaining a focus on core engineering fundamentals and code integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship junior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Expertise in C# / .NET (latest versions) and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Solid experience with React + TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building event-driven architectures and working with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Service Bus, etc.).
- Deep understanding and practical application of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Proven experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit) and E2E testing tools.
- Experience with Docker (containerization) and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and ensuring system scalability and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- High degree of independence and ownership over technical solutions.
- Commitment to long-term code quality and sustainable development practices.
Nice to Have

- Exposure to high-scale or real-time systems
- Experience working in early-stage startups
