At Skild AI, we are building the world's first general purpose robotic intelligence that is robust and adapts to unseen scenarios without failing. We believe massive scale through data-driven machine learning is the key to unlocking these capabilities for the widespread deployment of robots within society. Our team consists of individuals with varying levels of experience and backgrounds, from new graduates to domain experts. Relevant industry experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to explore uncharted waters and contribute to our innovative projects.

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to build and run the marketing engine behind our enterprise sales motion across North America and EMEA. We sell autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleets, delivered as robotics-as-a-service (RaaS), to large 3PLs, retailers, e-commerce brands, and distributors. As Skild AI's first dedicated marketer, you will report to the Global Commercial Director and own demand generation, product marketing, and events hands-on, measured by qualified pipeline and closed revenue. This role combines strategy with execution and offers the opportunity to define how the market sees Skild AI.

  • →Organize customer site visits, demo days, executive dinners, and field events that move active deals forward.
  • →Select, brief, and manage agencies and contractors for creative, digital, PR, and events, and own the marketing budget and tech stack.
  • →Collaborate with sales on target accounts, campaign timing, and pipeline goals, and adapt programs for European audiences with our EMEA sales team.
