Skipr is a Belgian scale-up reshaping the way companies manage sustainable and flexible mobility. From public transport to bikes, shared mobility and beyond, we help thousands of employees move smarter every day. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Communication & Customer Support Intern who wants to combine creative content with operational customer impact.

This internship is split 50/50 between communication and customer support.

You’ll help bring Skipr’s story to life by:
• Creating and scheduling social media content (mainly LinkedIn)
• Helping with content creation (copy, visuals, short formats)
• Updating website content and landing pages
• Supporting campaigns around mobility, sustainability and product launches

You’ll be at the heart of the user experience:
• Answering client questions via email and support tools
• Guiding employees and HR teams through the Skipr mobility platform
• Helping users understand their mobility budget and options
• Spotting recurring questions and helping improve our FAQs and guides

• You’re motivated, proactive and curious
• You’re interested in mobility and you’re able to learn fast
• You like helping people and explaining things clearly
• You’re comfortable switching between creative tasks and operational support
You speak French fluently – Dutch and English are a plus
• You’re organised, reliable and take ownership
