Technical proficiency: Must be comfortable using digital tools and have experience with: CRM software: For managing customer records, tracking leads, and automating follow-ups. Google Workspace or Microsoft Office: For basic document creation, spreadsheets, and calendar management. Communication tools: Such as instant messaging apps (e.g., Slack) for internal team communication. Ideal Candidate Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar remote role is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role is also valuable.
