Bilingual Bookkeeper (Spanish/English)

Summary We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper – Property Management to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our property management operations. The ideal candidate will handle various accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and communicate effectively with tenants and clients. Responsibilities Process rent registrations, payments, and disbursements Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and financial reporting for property owners Support month-end and year-end closings, including audit preparation Utilize AppFolio to maintain organized documentation and compliance Communicate directly with tenants and clients as needed (English–Spanish) Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (property management preferred) Proficiency in AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual fluency (English–Spanish)
