Territory Sales Manager -Texas

• →Drive profitable growth through new business production, written premium, and agency engagement within your assigned territory
• →Develop and execute territory sales strategies based on market opportunities, agency performance, and company goals
• →Build strong agency relationships through in-person visits, training, product discussions, and ongoing support
• →Analyze sales, production, and profitability trends to identify opportunities and optimize territory performance
• →Partner with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support agency success
• →Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations and drive results

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sales, agency distribution, or territory management experience
• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Experience managing agency portfolios against new business, premium, production, and profitability goals
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, agency distribution, and sales strategies
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
