→Perform floor care services including carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, refinishing, and other surface treatments
→Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
→Complete general cleaning tasks as assigned
→Follow safety protocols and company procedures
→Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Experience in floor care (carpets, VCT, and other surfaces)
Ability to operate or willingness to learn to use lifts (helpful but not required)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Valid Washington State Driver’s License (required)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
