The Learning Intern will contribute to the development and implementation of SmartLab’s learning schools and corporate training programs. This role involves research, content development, and engagement with learners to enhance SmartLab’s learning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating corporate training sessions, workshops, and student-focused webinars.
  • Support the integration and implementation of AI-powered learning tools and platforms.
  • Assist in content creation for SmartLab Learning programs, including course materials, presentations, and assessments.
  • Conduct research on best practices in digital learning, upskilling, and AI-driven education.
  • Support data collection and analysis to measure the impact of SmartLab Learning programs.
  • Assist in developing reports, case studies, and whitepapers on learning trends and program effectiveness.
  • Engage with students and professionals to enhance user experience and provide feedback for platform improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in Education, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Passion for digital learning, education technology, and workforce development.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders, including corporate partners, learners, and academic institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and AI-driven learning tools is a plus.
