As a Client Growth Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in proactively managing and growing client relationships while overseeing the agency’s traffic management and social media campaigns. Your role will be centered on not just delivering on existing client needs but anticipating their future objectives, identifying new opportunities for growth, and guiding them towards innovative marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in leading Below The Line (BTL) marketing initiatives and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Additionally, you will foster a culture of proactive communication and leadership within your team to drive growth both for your clients and the agency.

  • Lead the management of marketing campaigns, aligning them with client business goals, and ensuring innovative solutions to emerging challenges.
  • Be a forward-thinking advisor, staying ahead of client needs and industry trends to drive proactive recommendations.
  • Anticipate potential client challenges, offering preemptive solutions to mitigate issues before they arise.
  • Keep client scope of work clear, ensuring transparency and understanding on both sides.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, including planning, budgeting, and tracking progress via tools like Asana.
  • Ensure that projects are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints, adapting as needed to shifting client needs.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights that not only reflect progress but also outline opportunities for future growth.
  • Manage agency workflow to ensure seamless execution across teams, fostering a collaborative, efficient environment.
  • Organize regular touchpoints with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely updates and that projects stay on track.
  • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward without delay.
  • Drive innovation in social media campaign development, from ideation to execution, ensuring that campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
  • Use data and analytics to measure social media performance and adapt strategies for continued engagement and growth.
  • Take ownership of Below The Line marketing initiatives, conceptualizing creative, impactful campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Present strategic BTL ideas to clients, consistently bringing fresh perspectives to meet evolving needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically present proposals that extend beyond the initial scope, proactively suggesting additional services and solutions.
  • Lead the agency's cross-selling efforts by understanding the wider suite of services and crafting proposals that align with client goals and future needs.
  • Mentor and support Client Growth Relationship Executives, ensuring they are empowered to execute roles with the same proactive mindset you bring.
  • Champion a proactive approach across the team, ensuring leadership and accountability within your accounts.
  • Be a role model for growth-focused thinking, leading by example in providing high-level strategic direction to both clients and internal teams.

Requirements
